Battle Line7.0Excellent 2 player game. In this game, less is more: simple gameplay allied to the difficult decisions and bluff make BL a must have in any decent 2-player collection. As my collection is becoming increasingly 2-player driven, I am proud of having this gem being part of it.
Before the Wind8.0This game shot straight to the top on my wishlist after just one play. It is simple, yet complex, has negotiation and an auction system that is fair. Fantastic!

Border Reivers7.0Very good light war game with great playability. # Edit 21jan07 - played a 3 player game and the game grew on me a bit more, mainly because it keeps the balance of the 2 player and the same playability, albeit the slight increase in downtime between turns.

Condottiere9.0This game is one of the best I played lately. Small but packing a punch that many other bigger games only dream of. Fantastic. Edit: After a couple more plays I must say that there is a slight problem with the game, not in the game itself, but in the way it allows players to move away from the table/board when they drop out of battles.
Conflict of Heroes: Awakening the Bear! - Russia 1941-19428.0Rating after 2 plays: This is a very conservative rating due of the 2 plays being my first. I'm itching to give this a solid 9, but I have to be cautious since I only played the first scenario. And OMG! the awesomeness! Just the possibility of firing back! And moving when and where you like! Solid awesomeness!

Football Resurrection8.0Oh no! here we go again into the TCG realm. Have I learned nothing from the M:TG experience? I really liked this game. It captures the essence of Soccer and I'm glad someone came up with an actual playable version of a soccer card game. Well done Scott.
Formula Dé8.0After 2 plays, I can say this game is fantastic. The 2nd play was much more tactical and I think we played the 1st with a couple of rules wrong which made the game very unbalanced.
Garibaldi: La Trafila7.0Rating after 1 play (4 player game) Really interesting cat and mouse game. Garibaldi certainly has a tough time trying to escape, but I can see the reward for the player who is cuning enough to fool the austrians... I can see the game working well with 2-4 players. With more players there will be downtime, especially for the Garibaldi player.

Kunst Stücke6.0Rating after 1 play: This game seems so easy and straightforward... Well, it's not. It's got depth in play and you always wonder if you're making the right move. Playing a 2-player is more strategic, but deep down this game is down to tactics and balancing the timings of when to go for objective tiles: too soon and you will take hold of the early game, becoming exposed later on; Too late and you may get unlucky with the objectives available to pick. Again, surprising depth for something that looks like a children's game.

Mr. Jack7.0Great tension packed in 30/45 minutes of deduction game. Playing the role of the Detective or Jack the Ripper will grant different feels to the game. I enjoy detective work better where LL prefers playing Jack. Played more games as Jack and the game gets considerably more challenging.

No Thanks!7.0Great little filler. The bluffing is very well achieved because it is there but can also be subtle. This is one of those you can play as a filler or play game after game for a whole afternoon.

At first all the pastel camels and riders seem utterly silly and make you nauseous, but as you play, it starts to grow on you and you end having this strange appreciation (if not love) for this acid-induced-pastel-desert-party. #edit 07.07.2007: 5 player game too chaotic for my taste. This game will scale better from 2-4.
